Apr 10, 2003 路 im on a 40/40/20 diet right now. it is going pretty good. energy levels are pretty high (some because of ECA stack). lifts when down a bit (because im not taking creatine anymore im guessing). i dont have much experience with any other diets so i cant say that this one is better than any other, but it is going good for me so far.
